“We recently had a new kitchen fitted and knew from the start that we wanted the related building and electrical work to be done by Nigel at NJC Property Maintenance rather than the recommended contractor from the kitchen company.

We knew from previous experience that Nigel would be capable, skilled, accurate, considerate, friendly and keenly priced.

We were not disappointed – Nigel and his apprentice Craig, were all of these things and more.  They fitted in with the exacting timetable, liaised with other trades and came out in the evening to ensure that our schedule stayed on track.
