When I contacted Nigel and explained what I required he promptly set up a 1-2-1 meeting to discuss exactly what I needed and more importantly gave me the benefit of NJC’s expertise in actually making it happen at a reasonable price.  I found this invaluable given my own naivety in what I wanted to do and how the finish should look.

I fully explained to Nigel from the outset that I would be a very fussy customer (and my wife, even more so).  He assured me that on my return from holiday, the work would be fully completed and any issues that we were not happy with would be dealt with promptly.

Thankfully, he was true to his word.  The garden looked super, completed to a high standard and finished before we returned home.
