“Margaret Danby is a close friend of my own family and is a property owner and landlord, managing a portfolio of properties in Carlton and surrounding areas in Nottingham.

Margaret contacted me in search of a suitable person or company who could help with a garden clearance at one of her properties.  I was keen to recommend someone I knew I could trust and provide a quality service.

I made contact with Nigel Cunnington of NJC Property Maintenance, who is a fellow member of our BNI chapter, Castle Business.  I actually called Nigel on a Saturday, but after making the call Nigel immediately contacted Margaret to discuss with her what was required.

On the same day, Nigel drove round to Margaret’s home and collected her (as Margaret does not drive), where they both went to look at the property and price out the work needed.

The work has now been completed.  I received a personal call from Margaret to say she can’t believe the quality of work that Nigel had done.  He had gone above and beyond what was required, transforming the garden – not just clearing it!

In addition to this, Nigel collected Margaret again – and took her to see the property and the work he had done.

Do you need you need someone you can trust to do a great job!

Margaret has said that she would have no hesitation in recommending Nigel to any of her contacts, and will definitely keep Nigel’s details on file and employ him to help with additional maintenance requirements”
